Digital technologies and law is an International Scientific and Practical Conference, held annually by Kazan Innovative University and the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, aimed at forming a space for scientific discussion to improve the existing and develop the new mechanisms to ensure the legal regime of rapidly developing digital technologies.

IP CLUB is the Russian largest expertise and educational project in the sphere of the intellectual; property law, information technologies law, and digital law. The IP CLUB mission is to promote the development and improvement of law in Russia, including through resolutions and publications on comprehensive legal issues.

The International Journal of Law in Changing World is an independent international peer-reviewed journal that publishes research articles on contemporary topics related to transforming law. In the multi-layered context of the 21st century, several overlapping perspectives on these issues exist. The Journal was created to show these perspectives and find the solutions to the legal issues that arise from the constantly changing world.
